We therefore studied the effect of pharmacological inhibition of CAMK2 with KN93 on the YAP/TAZ protein level in the cytosol as well as in the nucleus of Hela cells and of the FAT1-expressing HNSCC HN13 and CAL27 without and with knock-down of FAT1 or MIB2.
