PDLIM2 plays a tumor suppressive role in breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, lymphatic cancer, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP) and ovarian cancer (Sun et al., 2019; Denlinger et al., 2004; Zeng et al., 2022), while it is highly expressed in primary tumor tissues of metastatic kidney cancer, prostate cancer, meningioma, and schwannoma (Kang et al., 2016; Bassiri et al., 2017; Piao et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene PDLIM2 and neoplasm.
