Through our immunohistochemical examination of human pan-cancer specimens, we found a strong correlation between elevated levels of PSMD14 and the progression of diverse malignancies, especially in high-grade gliomas, low-grade gliomas, carcinoma of the buccal mucosa, carcinomaofgingiva, tongue cancer, and liver cancer (Figure 13A). This evidence concerns the gene PSMD14 and tongue cancer.
