CD40 and COVID-19: Figure 2A shows the clustering of inflammatory protein profiles in individuals with COVID-19 compared to non-COVID-19 controls. Thirty-one proteins were significantly increased in COVID-19 patients compared to non-COVID-19 controls after adjustment for multiple testing (Figure 2B). The top ten significantly increased proteins were TNF, IL7, VEGFA, CCL20, CSF1, CXCL6, MCP4, CD40, FGF21, and CXCL11 (Figure 2C).
