Similar expression levels of PINK1 manifested in PPN‐cholinergic neurons between cohorts (Control: 1351 ± 42; DLB: 1148 ± 28.5; PDD: 1492 ± 45; p > 0.05; Figure 4e) but were notably reduced in PDD's LC‐noradrenergic neurons (502 ± 27.4) compared to controls (1057 ± 23; *p < 0.05) and DLB (1552 ± 48.6; **p < 0.01; Figure 4f).
