To assess the impact of SLC9A2 on CRC immunotherapy, we conducted a correlation analysis between SLC9A2 and various immune checkpoint molecules (LAG3, CTLA4, CD274, TGFB1, TIGIT, ADORA2A, CSF1R, KDR) and found that SLC9A2 expression levels were negatively correlated with all eight molecules (Fig. 2I). This evidence concerns the gene ADORA2A and colorectal carcinoma.
