The established use of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET in clinical practice and the confidence in this imaging modality for the identification of prostate cancer lesions may explain the fact that investigators did not consider it necessary to follow up with patients, neither with a 3-mo follow-up CT scan as part of the CTS level 2 when deemed necessary nor with those assessed as CTS level 3.
