After univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis, no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups regarding gender, marital status, alcohol consumption, sleep duration, depression status, BMI, blood creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, ultrasensitive C-reactive protein, and glomerular filtration rate (P > 0.2). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and depressive symptom measurement.
