We ascertained that CXCL10 levels were elevated in the serum and lesional epidermis of patients with psoriasis (GEO GSE166388) (30) (Figure 3C and Supplemental Figure 4, B and C), and CXCL10 was more significantly upregulated in the lesional skin of PsA compared with psoriasis (GEO GSE205748 and GSE186063) (Figure 3, D and E). The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is psoriasis.
