Western blotting of control and OA‐stimulated tumor cells revealed that high‐fat‐induced p53 degradation is accompanied by the upregulation of PPARγ and CD36 expression (Figure 5C; Figure S6A,B, Supporting Information), suggesting that p53 degradation might upregulate CD36 expression, ultimately leading to the formation of lipid drops.
