Brentuximab vedotin, an antibody–drug conjugate composed of monomethyl auristatin E and anti-CD30 antibody, demonstrated benefit in a trial that compared BV–CHP (brentuximab vedotin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisolone) against CHOP in previously untreated CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma,11 and is covered by the Japanese National Health Insurance (NHI).
