Patients with high proportions of HLA‐DR+ tumor cells exhibited poorer outcomes (HR = 1.34, 95% CI: 1.01–1.78, p = 0.043; Figure 5F), and this effect was even more pronounced when considering HLA‐DR+CD274+ double‐positive tumor cells (HR = 1.53, 95% CI: 1.24–1.89, p < 0.001; Figure 5G).
