AMBRA1 and cancer: analysed four independent databases and identified that only six miRNAs (miR‐200b‐3p, miR‐200c‐3p, miR‐23a‐3p, miR‐429, miR‐7‐5p and miR‐9‐5p) could target AMBRA1, indicating that the number of conserved miRNA binding sites in AMBRA1 3′‐UTR is limited, suggesting these miRNAs might be involved in regulating cancer proliferation and chemosensitivity by targeting AMBRA1 [17].
