As shown in Figure 2E, AMBRA1 overexpression increased G0/G1‐phase cell population (p < 0.001), while AMBRA1 silencing had the opposite result (p < 0.01 and p < 0.001), while Figure 2F shows superimposed DNA histograms of the G1, S and G2/M phases of the cell cycle, which indicated AMBRA1 expression contributed to G0/G1 phase arrest of NSCLC cells. Here, AMBRA1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
