CYP3A5 and hypertensive disorder: In the subgroup of White participants, CYP3A5*3 was associated with higher DBP (β = 0.10 mmHg, 95% CI: 0.02 to 0.18, P = 0.01), but there were no significant associations between CYP3A5*3 and SBP (P = 0.54), MAP (P = 0.09), or HTN prevalence (P = 0.97; Supplementary Table S5).
