DNA methylation data were available from TCGA and BEAT-AML, and PSAT1 methylation was elevated in WT1- and CEBPA-mutated AML, and, in BEAT-AML, inversely correlated with TP53 mutation (Figures 7A, 7C, 7E and S5B). This evidence concerns the gene PSAT1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
