The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of APT and T1 mapping in distinguishing between low-to-high histopathologic factors (T3-4, LNM, EMVI, LVI, PNI) in rectal adenocarcinoma, and to study their correlation with Ki-67 expression, in order to provide non-invasive imaging indicators for the selection of individualized clinical treatment for rectal adenocarcinoma patients. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
