PMS2 and neoplasm: Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that high F. nucleatum abundance (HR=1.967, 95% CI: 1.046-3.698, p=0.036), BRAFV600E mutation (HR=7.368, 95% CI: 2.741-19.809, p<0.001), and tumor size > 5 cm (HR=2.557, 95% CI: 1.362-4.802, p=0.003) were risk factors for PMS2 deficiency (Figure 1E).
