In the fully adjusted model (Model 3), which included additional covariates such as BMI, cotinine, ALT, AST, GFR, cardiovascular disease, stroke, alcohol consumption, and smoking, each unit increase in eGDR was associated with a 7.3% reduction in the odds of PRISm (OR = 0.927, 95% CI: 0.880–0.976; P = 0.005).
