Ricotti et al. [19] reported an association between genotype and hyperactivity but not inattention, which was common in all groups evaluated, while Pane et al. [27], in a group of 103 patients, found a difference in the prevalence of ADHD among the genotypic subgroups of DMD, mainly for patients with mutations downstream of exon 63 and those with mutations in exons 45–55. This evidence concerns the gene DMD and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder.
