The findings indicated that the drug-like compounds identified in Solanecio mannii aqueous roots extract targeted 493 genes/proteins associated with cervical cancer, including NFKB1, STAT3, HIF1A, ESR1, PIK3CA, PPARG, HSP90AA1, and HSP90AB1, which were among the top 30 core targets. Here, PIK3CA is linked to cervical carcinoma.
