Given that some of the upregulated hub genes in our study, such as SAA1 and TNFRSF11B (Fig. 6B), are involved in inflammatory and immune-related pathways, targeting them with zoledronic acid may provide a repurposing opportunity to disrupt tumor-supportive signaling in H. pylori–associated gastric cancer.
