Interestingly, the proportions of endometrial CD56+ NK cells (3.1 ± 1.5% vs. 4.9 ± 3.1%, P = 0.002), CD8+ T cells (1.5 ± 0.9% vs. 1.9 ± 1.0%, P = 0.048), Foxp3+ Treg cells (0.1 ± 0.1% vs. 0.1 ± 0.1%, P = 0.013), and T-bet+ Th1 cells (1.1 ± 0.8% vs. 1.8 ± 1.4%, P = 0.040) were significantly decreased in cured CE patients after PRP treatment (Figure 4A).
