The KEGG pathway analysis revealed that DFU-related targets mainly participated in pathways in cancer, phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases (PI3K)-protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway, human papillomavirus infection, and advanced glycation end product (AGE)-receptor of AGE (RAGE) signaling pathway in diabetic complications (Fig. 4B). The gene discussed is AGER; the disease is human papilloma virus infection.
