In this study, we found that SATB1-AS1 was coexpressed with immune checkpoint-associated genes (e.g., CD-8, CCL5, and IFNG) in THYM, and in pancancer analyses, SATB1-AS1 was also coexpressed with immune checkpoint-associated genes enriched in pathways negatively regulating immune cell proliferation and activation in a variety of cancers. The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is cancer.
