The prevalence of brain metastases (BM) in patients diagnosed with advanced non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was 28.4%, among which the prevalence of BM in EGFR, ALK, ROS1 gene mutations, and wild‐type (excluding EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS, and RET mutations) was 29.4%, 34.9%, 30.1%, and 28.8%, respectively [2]. The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
