Some KEGG pathways related to antibiotic resistance (“beta-lactam resistance”), diabetes (“type I diabetes mellitus”, “type II diabetes mellitus”, “insulin signaling pathways”), carbohydrate metabolism (“glycolysis/glucogenesis”, “glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism”, “starch and sucrose metabolism”), glycan biosynthesis and metabolism (“lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis”, “peptidoglycan biosynthesis”), and amino acid metabolism (“valine leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis”) were particularly analyzed (P < 0.05; Fig. 6). This evidence concerns the gene INS and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
