Among ten subgroups (two <10 patients subgroups excluded) assembled according to primary tumour location and MMR-status, with the pMMR tumours further subdivided by RAS and BRAF status, the metastasectomy rates varied from 9% in BRAF-V600Emt/pMMR rectal cancers to 43% in RAS&BRAFwt/pMMR rectal cancers (Fig. 1B).
