The three subnational-level surveillance measures of mean age, proportion IgM negative, and proportion vaccinated among suspected measles cases with known vaccination status were better correlated with survey-based MCV1 coverage (Pearson's rho of 0.24 [95 %CI: 0.14, 0.33], 0.50 [95 %CI: 0.42, 0.57], 0.61 [95 %CI: 0.54, 0.67] respectively) compared to the correlation between administrative and survey-based coverage (See Fig. 2).
