N1 neutrophils are known for their anti‐tumor characteristics,[27] whereas N2 neutrophils exhibit characteristics that enhance tumor growth and support tumor metastasis.[28] Additionally, neutrophils among APM‐treated cells exhibited significant downregulation of genes associated with tumor metastasis, such as S100a8, S100a9, Mmp8, Mmp9, Ifitm1, Ifitm2, and Ifitm3, and neutrophil migration factors, such as Cxcr2 (Figure S7D, Supporting Information).
