The OS rate for hematological malignancies treated with CD19 combined with CD22 CAR T-cell therapy (78.7%, 95% CI: 66.8–90.7) was greater, although not significantly, than that for hematological malignancies treated with CD19 combined with CD20 CAR T-cell therapy (76.8%, 95% CI: 69.6–84.0, Figure 6B).
