After vaccination, the tumor volume was significantly reduced by a mean of 70 ± 15% for the MDM2 peptides (p = 0.0002; Figure 4D), by a mean of 67 ± 15% for the YB1 peptides (p = 0.0007; Figure 4E), by a mean of 69 ± 4% for the CD105 peptides (p < 0.0001; Figure 4F), by a mean of 63 ± 20% for the CDH3 peptides (p < 0.0001; Figure 4G), and by a mean of 61 ± 6% for the SOX2 peptides (p < 0.0001; Figure 4H). This evidence concerns the gene MDM2 and neoplasm.
