Our study observed a statistically significant reduction in Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, measuring 35.11 ± 25.69 U/L in patients with AL and cardiovascular risk factors (CVRFs) compared to 52.89 ± 32.49 U/L in patients with AL without CVRFs prior to therapy initiation (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and axial length measurement.
