These included genes such as SCUBE3, MARCKSL1 and PGK1 in lung cancer [18,19,20], SOX4 and GNAS in breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma [21,22,23,24,25], HEG1 in hepatocellular carcinoma [26], PLS3 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma [27], FBN1 and SPARC in gastric cancer [28] and CST1 in gastric cancer and breast cancer [29,30].
