Other identified transcripts with high PPS are harboured in genes to the pathophysiological changes typically observed in AD (i.e., AMY2A, ANKH, ATP6V1D and B4GALT1), genes associated to cognitive decline, memory impairment, and other neuropsychological manifestations in AD (i.e., MECP2, S100B, GABRB3, BTBD16 and AP003108.2), and neuroinflammation (i.e., S100B, CTLA4 and CARD6) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ANKH and Alzheimer disease.
