To investigate the significance and functional roles of DRFGs (DUOX2, ACSL4, NCF2, SOCS1, GPX2, ATF3, CBS, LPCAT3, and HSD17B11) in the combined dataset, we generated correlation heat maps (Figure 4E), revealing potential interactions among these genes that may contribute to IBD progression.
