After adjusting for US-FLI, sex, age, smoking, EF, T2DM, HBP, AST, HDL-C, ApoA1, cholinesterase (ChE), NEUT, and MONO, we found that US-FLI (OR = 1.194, 95% CI: 1.008–1.414, p = 0.040) was positively correlated with the risk of CAD. This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and coronary artery disorder.
