This study investigated the clinicopathological, molecular, and therapeutic significances of TWIK complex expression in three PCa cohorts, confirming that the TWIK gene complex (KCNK1, KCNK6, and KCNK7) may contribute to tumour progression via its association with the adverse clinicopathological and biological indices of PCa. Here, KCNK1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
