This study investigated the clinicopathological, molecular, and therapeutic significances of TWIK complex expression in three PCa cohorts, confirming that the TWIK gene complex (KCNK1, KCNK6, and KCNK7) may contribute to tumour progression via its association with the adverse clinicopathological and biological indices of PCa. This evidence concerns the gene KCNK6 and neoplasm.
