SNHG16 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: Consistent with human transcriptome data, the messenger RNA (mRNA) expression of the three key PANoDEGs revealed that the expression of SNHG16 in the MASLD group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05) (Figure 6C), whereas the expression of CASP6 and DNM1L in the MASLD group was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05) (Figure 6D,E).
