In this study, we showed that EAPB02303 potently inhibits cell growth of both wt-NPM1 and NPM1c AML cells in vitro and primary blasts from AML patients ex vivo, broadening the effect of this compound beyond our reported anti-NPM1c AML activity for EAPB0503 [29,32].
