APOC3 and hyperuricemia: Among the downregulated proteins, V-type proton ATPase subunit B 1 (VATB1) and complement factor D (CFAD) are associated with insulin resistance and the regulation of insulin secretion, while Apolipoprotein C-III (APOC3), a key regulator of triglyceride metabolism, was significantly reduced, suggesting its potential as a marker for monitoring hyperuricemia-related metabolic complications.
