TP53 and cancer: Subsequent Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses of the DEGs underscored their involvement in cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis (Figure 3B) and further highlighted their association with biological processes pivotal to oncogenesis, such as miRNAs in cancer, apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, the p53 signaling pathway, and other cancer-related pathways (Figure 3C).
