Priority areas include longitudinal studies on antioxidant use in pediatric SCA cohorts; exploration of gene–antioxidant interactions, particularly involving XIAP, SLC25A5, and MAO-A; standardization of pediatric antioxidant dosing protocols; and trials assessing combined antioxidant and hormonal therapy in adolescents.
