Similarly, the cAMP signaling pathway, PPAR signaling pathway, Parkinson’s disease, peroxisome, salivary secretion, and photosynthesis were significantly enriched in the R_JS group, while pathways such as plant circadian rhythm, hematopoietic cell lineage, linoleic acid metabolism, and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism were significantly reduced in the R_JS group compared to both the R_JC vs. R_JS and R_JR vs. R_JS groups (p < 0.05; Figure 12B,C).
