CXCL17 and pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm: Before pancreatic cancer development, particularly at the (IPMN) (intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm) stage, increased secretion of CXCL17 and ICAM2 (intercellular adhesion molecule 2) led to the infiltration of cDCs, followed by T-cell-mediated cytolysis of tumor cells.
