ACE and hydrops fetalis: When the LVEF is equal to or less than 50%, the therapeutic approach for HF remains consistent, involving the administration of beta-blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEis), angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs), sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2is), and low-dose diuretics (Figure 6) [3,17,103,104].
