Kaplan–Meier analysis indicated that high expression levels of MAMDC2 and MEP1B were associated with poorer overall survival (MAMDC2: HR = 1.33, 95% CI: 1.04–1.69, log-rank p = 0.022; MEP1B: HR = 1.31, 95% CI: 1.05–1.64, log-rank p = 0.017) (Figure 1C,E), suggesting that these genes might promote the development of CRC. Here, MAMDC2 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
