In addition, results from the deCODE database revealed that an increased risk of CRC was associated with SERPINH1 and TMEM132C (SERPINH1: OR (95% CI) = 1.47 (1.17–1.85), p = 1.01 × 10−3; TMEM132C: OR (95% CI) = 1.10 (1.00–1.21), p = 4.64 × 10−2) (Figure 3). Here, SERPINH1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
