LOXL2 and neoplasm: In subcutaneous coimplantation experiments, the MMA/LOXL2i-treated group (MMA.HPSCs+MIA PaCa-2+LOXL2i) exhibited reduced tumor-promoting effects (Fig. S8E–G) and weaker linear ECM alignment (Fig. S8J–L) compared to the MMA-induced group (MMA.HPSCs+MIA PaCa-2+saline), while LOXL2 expression remained unchanged between the two groups (Fig. S8H, I).
