Members of multiple key cancer pathways including activated forms were rhythmic in at least 9 of the 11 ACs: apoptosis (PEA1S, TRANSGLUTAMINASE), cell cycle (ARID1A, BAP1C4, CHK2), epithelial–mesenchymal transition (CLAUDIN7, ECADHERIN), MAPK signaling (MAPK_PT202Y204, MEK1, P38_PT180Y182), metabolism (ACC1, FASN, G6PD), PI3K/AKT signaling (AKT_PS473, PI3KP85) and receptor tyrosine kinase signaling (EGFR_PY1068, HER2_PY1248, HER3_PY1289, SRC_PY416). This evidence concerns the gene CHEK2 and cancer.
