Pasqualoni et al. (2023) [9] reported two cases: a 46-year-old with severe pruritus and hypopigmented lesions partially relieved by dose reduction and topical immunosuppressants, and an 80-year-old who developed vesicular rashes and permanent hypopigmented lesions leading to CDK4/6 discontinuation despite tumor stability. Here, CDK4 is linked to neoplasm.
